摘要
VCM合格率对发动机装配线产出有重大影响,经分析确认造成VCM合格率低的原因有两个:测量设备的测量误差和零件加工误差的累积。采取提高托盘定位精度、缩小监控范围和控制零件尺寸的措施后,合格率得到明显提升。
VCM qualified rate has a significant impact on the engine assembly line production, the analysis confirmed that there are two reasons causing the low qualification rate of VCM: the cumulative error and machining error measuring equipment. To improve the positioning precision, reduce the tray range of monitoring measures, improve the qualified rate.
