复杂零件自动编程技术的应用

摘要 数控技术广泛的应用于汽车、模具、航空、航天等零部件生产制造加工领域,数控技术的关键是数控编程技术,掌握其代码编程技术在进行零部件产品加工时可以提高其加工精度和加工质量。自动编程方法在复杂零件数控程序编写中使用比较多,相比手工编程方法具有程序编写速度快,准确性高,编程加工工艺参数修改方便,可以模拟产品虚拟仿真加工过程,实现交互式编程的一种编程方法。本文主要应用UG软件,选择对汽车零部件中方台人字槽复杂零件进行其工艺分析及数控程序编写,并考虑其在数控铣加工过程中的铣削因素,设计出合理的加工工艺和编程程序。 Numerical control technology is widely used in automobile, mold, aviation, aerospace and other parts manufacturing and processing fields, numerical control technology is the key to numerical control technology is numerical control programming technology, master the code programming technology in parts processing can improve the processing accuracy and processing quality. Automatic programming method is more used in the programming of complex parts numerical control program, compared with manual programming method has the program writing speed, high accuracy, programming process parameters modification is convenient, can simulate the product virtual simulation process, a programming method to achieve interactive programming. In this paper, the main application of UG software, the selection of auto parts Chinese Taiwan herringlet complex parts for its process analysis and numerical control program, and consider the milling factors in the process of numerical control milling, design a reasonable processing technology and programming program.
