摘要
以石硖×紫娘喜的杂交后代石紫19龙眼为试验材料,不处理作为对照,疏除主花穗,留2个下位侧花穗为处理1,疏除主花穗,留3个下位侧花穗为处理2,应用生物统计方法分析不同处理的雄花量、雌花量、雌花比例、小果数、坐果率、单果重、可食率、可溶性固形物的差异性。结果表明:(1)3个处理的雄花量、雌花量、雌花比例均不存在显著差异;对照小果量与处理1、处理2均呈显著性差异,显著性分别为0.002、0;对照坐果率均与处理1、处理2存在显著差异,显著性分别为0.010、0.006。(2)3个处理的单果重不存在显著差异,对照与处理2的可食率存在显著性差异,对照与处理1的可溶性固形物存在显著性差异。(3)3个处理的新梢长度、新梢粗度不存在显著差异。
Taking the hybrid offspring of‘Shi Jiao’בZi Niang Xi’as the test material,the main flower spike was removed as control,leaving 2 lower side flower spikes for treatment one,the main flower spikes were removed,and 3 lower side flower spikes were left as treatment two,and the biometric method was applied to analyze the significant differences in male flower volume,female flower volume,female flower ratio,small fruit number,fruit set rate,single fruit weight,edible rate and soluble solids of different treatments.The results showed that:(1)There were no significant differences in the amount of male flowers,the amount of female flowers and the proportion of female flowers between the three treatments.There were significant differences between the amount of small fruits in the control and treatment 1 and treatment 2,which were 0.002 and 0,respectively,and the fruit set rate of the control was significantly different from that of treatment 1 and treatment 2,with the significance of 0.010 and 0.006,respectively;(2)there was no significant difference in the weight of the single fruit of three treatments,there was significant difference in the edible rate between the control and treatment 2,and there was significant difference in the soluble solids of control and treatment 1.(3)There were no significant differences in the length and thickness of the new shoots of three treatments.
