摘要
为了探索种衣剂在粤东地区秋花生上的应用效果,2020—2021连续2年,采用随机区组试验,通过不同种衣剂对花生种子进行包衣试验,测定其对秋花生成苗与产量的影响。结果表明,用种衣剂包衣的处理A、B,成苗率明显高于当年的对照CK,以种衣剂高巧+亮盾包衣的处理(A4、B4)成苗率最高,2020年种衣剂包衣的处理A4成苗率84.56%,较对照CK1高出12.06%;2021年B4处理成苗率93.63%,较对照CK2高出14.70%。种衣剂包衣的处理A、B,干荚果产量也均超过当年的对照CK,以种衣剂酷拉斯、精盾、高巧+亮盾包衣的处理(A1、B1,A3、B3,A4、B4)增产效果表现突出,2020年种衣剂包衣的处理A1、A3、A4干荚果产量分别为234.24、238.21、241.39 kg/667m^(2),比CK1分别增产12.59%、14.50%、16.03%,增产均达显著水平;2021年B1、B3、B4干荚果产量分别为283.48、282.68、287.45 kg/667 m^(2),比CK2分别增产19.00%、18.67%、20.67%,增产达显著和极显著水平。本试验中酷拉斯、迈舒平、精盾、高巧+亮盾等4种种衣剂应用在粤东秋花生上,均能有效地提高花生成苗率,增加产量。以种衣剂高巧+亮盾、酷拉斯、精盾包衣应用效果表现突出,可以在粤东地区秋花生生产上优先应用。
In order to explore the application effect of seed coating agent on autumn peanuts in eastern Guangdong,different seed coating agents were set to carry out coating experiments on peanut seeds to determine their effects on autumn peanut seedling and yield for two consecutive years in 2020 and 2021 by randomized block experiment.The results showed that the seedling rate treated with the seed coating agents(A,B)were significantly higher than that of CK in the same year.The seedling rate treated with the seed coating agent Gojoy+Liangdun(A4,B4)was the highest.In 2020,the seedling rate treated with seed coating agent A4 was 84.56%,which was 12.06%higher than that of CK1;In 2021,the seedling rate treated with B4was 93.63%,which was 14.70%higher than that of CK2.The yield of dry pods treated with seed coating agent A,B all exceeded CK in the same year as well.The treatment effect of seed coating agent Kulasi,Jingdun and Gojoy+Liangdun(A1,B1,A3,B3,A4,B4)was outstanding.In 2020,the dry pod yields treated with the seed coating agent A1,A3,A4 were 234.24,238.21 and 241.39 kg·667m^(-2),respectively,which were 12.59%,14.50%and 16.03%higher than CK1 on a significant level;In 2021,the dry pod yields treated with B1,B3,B4 were 283.48,282.68 and 287.45 kg·667m^(-2),respectively.Compared with CK2,the yield increased by 19.00%,18.67%and 20.67%,respectively,and the yield increased to a significant and extremely significant level.In this experiment,four kinds of seed coating agents,such as Kulasi,Maishuping,Jingdun,Gojoy+Liangdun were applied to the autumn peanuts in eastern Guangdong,and all of them could effectively improve the seedling rate and increase the yield.The application effect of seed coating agent Gojoy+Liangdun,Kulasi and Jingdun were outstanding,and they could be preferentially applied in the production of autumn peanuts in eastern Guangdong.
