摘要
以岑软3号油茶嫁接苗砧穗结合部位为材料,进行嫁接愈合相关生理指标分析,为油茶嫁接亲和性研究和砧木利用提供理论基础。结果表明:本砧嫁接PAL活性、PPO活性在整个愈合过程分别呈上升和下降的单一变化趋势,陆川油茶砧木整个时期PAL活性无显著性差异;本砧嫁接POD活性始终低于陆川油茶砧木,且2种砧木之间始终存在显著或极显著差异。本砧嫁接可溶性糖含量变化在12.35~28.31 mg/L,变化幅度较大,整体呈下降趋势;陆川油茶砧木可溶性糖含量有先上升的过程。2种砧木MDA含量整个愈合阶段无显著性差异。本砧嫁接IAA、ABA、ZR含量整个愈合时期差异不显著,2种砧木ABA含量在第35、45天时存在显著性差异。
The physiological indexes related to grafting healing were analyzed with the rootstock spike junction of cenruan 3grafted seedlings as materials,so as to provide theoretical basis for the study of grafting affinity and rootstock utilization of Camellia oleifera.The results showed that PAL activity and PPO activity of cenruan 3 rootstock showed a single change trend of increasing and decreasing in the whole healing process,and there was no significant difference in PAL activity in the whole period of Camellia vietnamensis rootstock.The POD activity of cenruan 3 rootstock was lower than that of Camellia vietnamensis rootstock,and there was always significant or extremely significant difference between the two rootstocks.The soluble sugar content of cenruan 3 rootstock changed greatly from 12.35 to 28.31 mg·L-1,and was decreased,while Camellia vietnamensis rootstock rootstock had a first rising process.There was no significant difference in MDA content between the two rootstocks in the whole healing stage.There was no significant difference in IAA content,ABA content and Zr content during the whole healing period.There was significant difference in ABA content between the two rootstocks on the 35th and 45th days.
