基于物联网的VOCs检测器远程控制系统

摘要 目前国家已加大对环境污染的整治力度,各市县均设有超级空气监测站以监测大气污染。常用的有机物检测方法有FID、NDIR、FTIR等方法,其中催化+NDIR因运维费用低、耗材成本低廉被广泛使用。由于NDIR随着时间的推移具有衰减性,为保证测得有机物数据的准确性,目前大部分厂家需要定期派工程师进行现场校准。本文中远程控制系统由客户端APP、云平台服务器、DTU、局域网无线USART、面板执行机构组成,可代替工程师远程对设备进行校准,减少运维人员90%出勤率,为公司节约人力及燃油成本,同时提高运维效率。
