重复经颅磁刺激联合语言认知康复训练在语言发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果

摘要 目的探究在语言发育迟缓患儿中应用重复经颅磁刺激联合语言认知康复训练的效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月徐州市儿童医院收治的67例语言发育迟缓患儿,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(33例)给予语言认知康复训练,观察组(34例)给予语言认知康复训练联合重复颅磁刺激。比较两组的临床效果及治疗前及治疗3个月后的智能发育商、语言发育商,同时采用Gesell发育诊断量表(Gesell)评估两组治疗前、治疗3个月后的神经心理发育情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3个月后的智能发育商、语言发育商评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3个月后的Gesell评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在语言发育迟缓患儿中应用重复经颅磁刺激联合语言认知康复训练,可增进语言发育商及智能发育商,提高神经心理发育情况,强化治疗效果。 Objective To explore the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with language cognitive rehabilitation training in children with language retardation.Methods A total of 67 children with language retardation admitted to Xuzhou Children’s hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(33 cases)was given language cognitive rehabilitation training,and the observation group(34 cases)was given language cognitive rehabilitation training combined with repetitive cranial magnetic stimulation.The clinical effect,intelligence development quotient and language development quotient were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment.The Gesell developmental diagnostic scale(Gesell)was used to evaluate the neuropsychological development of the two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 75.76%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of intelligence development quotient and language development quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the Gesell scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with language cognitive rehabilitation training in children with language retardation can improve the intelligence development quotient and language development quotient,improve neuropsychological development,and strengthen the therapeutic effect.
