克霉唑阴道泡腾片在霉菌性阴道炎患者中的治疗效果及对炎症因子的影响

Therapeutic effect of Clotrimazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets in patients with colpitis mycotica and its influence on inflammatory factors

目的探讨克霉唑阴道泡腾片在霉菌性阴道炎患者中的治疗效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年4月招远市妇幼保健服务中心收治的94例霉菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组采用克霉唑栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合克霉唑阴道泡腾片治疗,比较两组炎症因子水平、药物安全性及复发率。结果治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-13及C反应蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后12个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克霉唑阴道泡腾片用于霉菌性阴道炎的治疗,能降低炎症因子水平,安全性较高,复发率较低,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Clotrimazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets in patients with colpitis mycotica and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods From June 2019 to April 2021,94 patients with colpitis mycotica admitted to Zhaoyuan Maternal and Child Health Service Center were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clotrimazole Vaginal Suppository,and the observation group was treated with Clotrimazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,drug safety and the recurrence rate between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2,interleukin-8,interleukin-13 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 12 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Clotrimazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets in the treatment of colpitis mycotica can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors with high safety and low recurrence rate,and is worthy of popularization and application.
