米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果

Clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年4月滨州市中心医院收治的82例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,根据奇偶分组法分为参照组与试验组,每组各41例。参照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,试验组采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组雌二醇水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)低于参照组,且盆腔包块直径小于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤可调节异位妊娠患者性激素水平,改善HCG,缩小包块直径,减少不良反应,提高临床效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 82 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from June 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the parity grouping method,41 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Methotrexate,and the experimental group was treated with Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol level of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the diameter of pelvic mass was smaller than that in the reference group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate can regulate sex hormone levels in ectopic pregnancy patients,improve HCG,reduce mass diameter and adverse reactions,and improve clinical effect.
