右旋糖酐铁治疗儿童营养性缺铁性贫血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Iron Dextran in the treatment of nutritional irondeficiency anemia in children

目的探讨右旋糖酐铁治疗儿童营养性缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月四平市中心人民医院血液科治疗的60例营养性缺铁性贫血患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组使用硫酸亚铁治疗,观察组使用右旋糖酐铁治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、血常规指标及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白、血清铁、红细胞、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右旋糖酐铁治疗儿童营养性缺铁性贫血的临床效果显著,明显提高血液中的铁含量及Hb水平,且具有安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Iron Dextran in the treatment of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods A total of 60 children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia who were treated in the Department of Hematology of Siping Central People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ferrous Sulfate,and the observation group was treated with Iron Dextran.The clinical efficacy,blood routine indexes,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),serum ferritin,serum iron,red blood cell,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and mean corpuscular hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Iron Dextran has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children.It can significantly improve blood iron content and Hb level,and has safety.
