优质护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平、妊娠结局的影响

Effect of high quality nursing intervention on blood glucose level and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探究优质护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平、妊娠结局的影响。方法遴选临沂市第三人民医院妇产科2021年9月至2022年4月收治的68例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、试验组,每组各34例。对照组予以常规护理干预措施,试验组予以优质护理干预,对比两组的妊娠结局、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平。结果护理后试验组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,试验组的妊娠结局优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者予以优质护理干预可明显改善空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平,优化妊娠结局,建议临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on blood glucose level and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with GDM admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Linyi Third People’s Hospital from September 2021 to April 2022 were selected as research objects,using random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the experimental group was given high quality nursing intervention,and the pregnancy outcomes,fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the pregnancy outcomes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for patients with GDM can significantly improve fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels,and optimize the pregnancy outcomes,which is recommended for clinical reference.
