中医贴敷穴位在产后产科护理中的应用效果

Application effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in postpartum obstetric nursing

目的探究中医贴敷穴位在产后宫缩痛、尿潴留护理中的应用效果。方法选取淄博市妇幼保健院产科在2022年3月至9月收治的160例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各80例。对照组接受常规的产科护理,研究组接受中医贴敷穴位与常规产科护理,比较两组护理后的宫缩痛疼痛等级和30、45、50 min的排尿情况。结果研究组的整体疼痛等级低于对照组,且研究组的排尿情况比对照组恢复更快,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理中进行中医贴敷穴位,可以有效缓解产后宫缩痛,促进产后尿潴留患者在较短时间内自主排尿,有助于患者身体快速恢复,值得应用于产后宫缩痛、尿潴留的护理。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in nursing of postpartum uterine contraction pain and urinary retention.Methods A total of 160 patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March to September 2022 were selected as the subjects of study.The random number table method was used to divide patients into two groups,80 cases in each group.The control group received routine obstetric care.The study group received acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine and routine obstetric care.The pain level of uterine contraction pain and urination at 30,45 and 50 min after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The overall pain level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the urination of the study group recovered faster than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of obstetric nursing can effectively relieve postpartum uterine contraction pain,promote the autonomous urination of patients with postpartum urinary retention in a relatively short period of time,and help the rapid recovery of the patient’s body.It is worthy of being widely used in the nursing of postpartum uterine contraction pain and urinary retention.
