人性化护理在小儿重症肺炎中的应用

Application of humanized nursing in children with severe pneumonia

目的探讨人性化护理在小儿重症肺炎中的临床应用价值。方法选取2021年10月至2022年7月山东第一医科大学第二附属医院收治的80例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用人性化护理。比较两组护理满意度评分、总住院时间,干预期间依从性、干预前后监护人焦虑评分。结果观察组的护理满意度评分为(89.8±5.7)分,高于对照组的(79.5±12.4)分,总住院时间为(6.5±1.4)d,短于对照组的(8.5±2.0)d;观察组干预期间紧张恐惧、哭闹踢打及严重抗拒无法配合的总发生率低于对照组,干预后观察组监护人焦虑评分为(15.4±3.9)分,低于对照组的(20.8±5.6)分,且低于本组干预前的(33.5±2.7)分。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症肺炎患儿实施人性化护理,可有效提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间,提高患儿治疗依从性,降低监护人的焦虑情绪。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of humanized nursing in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with severe pneumonia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from October 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction score,total length of hospital stay,the changes of compliance indexes during the intervention period and anxiety scores of guardians before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(89.8±5.7)points,which was higher than that of the control group([79.5±12.4]points).The total length of hospital stay was(6.5±1.4)d,which was shorter than that of the control group([8.5±2.0]d).During intervention period,the total incidence of compliance(including nervousness,fear,crying,kicking and severe resistance)in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.After intervention,the guardian’s anxiety score in the observation group was(15.4±3.9)points,which was lower than that in the control group([20.8±5.6]points),and lower than(33.5±2.7)points before intervention.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing for children with severe pneumonia can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,shorten length of hospital stay,improve treatment compliance of children and reduce anxiety emotions of guardians.
