摘要
目的分析“互联网+”远程护理支持对输液港化疗妇科肿瘤患者非治疗期自我管理及生存质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2022年6月于南京医科大学第二附属医院妇科行输液港化疗治疗的66例肿瘤患者的临床资料,依据护理方案分为两组,每组各33例。对照组实施常规随访护理,观察组实施“互联网+”远程护理支持,3个月后比较两组非治疗期的自我管理总评分、生存质量总评分、并发症总发生率。结果观察组护理后的自我管理总评分、生存质量总评分高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”远程护理支持可提升输液港化疗妇科肿瘤患者非治疗期自我管理能力,改善其生存质量并降低并发症总发生率,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of“internet+”remote nursing support on self-management and quality of life of gynecological tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy in infusion port during the non-treatment period.Methods Clinical data of 66 tumor patients who received infusion port chemotherapy in Gynecology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2019 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to nursing plan,33 cases in each group.The control group received routine follow-up nursing,and the observation group received“internet+”remote nursing support.After 3 months,total self-management score,total quality of life score and total incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results The overall self-management score and quality of survival score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the overall complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Internet+”remote nursing support can improve the self-management ability of gynecological tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy in the infusion port during the non-treatment period,improve their quality of life and reduce the total incidence of complications,which is worth popularizing.
