妇幼保健院内公共卫生管理策略分析

Analysis of public health management strategies in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital

目的探讨妇幼保健院内公共卫生管理策略。方法选取2021年北京市海淀区妇幼保健院50名护士作为研究对象,分析院内公共卫生管理各项问题并提出可行性管理策略。比较实施前后管理满意度及管理质量。结果院内公共卫生管理问题共34项,其中基本公卫项目宣传力度有待加强占比最高(24.00%),妇幼保健人员素质参差不齐占比最低(8.00%)。实施后管理总满意度为96.00%,高于实施前的76.00%(P<0.05)。实施后管理质量各项评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论妇幼保健院内公共卫生管理问题中,基本公卫项目宣传力度有待加强及设备简陋、工作效率低占比较高。拟定相关管理策略,可提升管理满意度和管理质量。

Objective To investigate the public health management strategies in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital.Methods A total of 50 nurses from Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Beijing in 2021 were selected as the research objects to analyze various problems of public health management in the hospital and put forward feasible management strategies.The management satisfaction and management quality were compared before and after implementation.Results There were 34 cases of public health management problems in the hospital,among which the proportion of basic public health project publicity needing to be strengthened was the highest(24.00%),and the proportion of uneven quality of maternal and child health care personnel was the lowest(8.00%).The total satisfaction of management after implementation was 96.00%,higher than 76.00%before implementation(P<0.05).The scores of management quality after implementation were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the public health management problems in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,the items of the publicity of basic public health projects need to be strengthened,and the simple equipment and low work efficiency account for a relatively high proportion.Formulating relevant management strategies can improve management satisfaction and management quality.
