摘要
大跨度钢箱梁悬臂拼装施工技术在桥梁工程中得到广泛应用,为实现精细化施工控制,文中依托济宁市快速路(一期)桥梁工程,从精细化结构分析入手,选择引入剪切系数的梁单元模型作为分析方法,在充分考虑钢箱梁剪切变形的前提下,分析了自重偏差、弹性模量偏差、温度整体变化对成桥状态的影响,结果表明自重和弹性模量的偏差对成桥状态有一定的影响,温度的影响可以忽略不计。由此确定了精细化控制施工过程的技术要点,以实现对连续钢箱梁桥进行精细化施工控制的目的。
Large-span steel box girder cantilever assembly construction technology has been widely used in bridge engineering.Taking Jining Expressway(Phase I) bridge project as the case,the beam unit model is selected to carry out fine structural analysis on the shear coefficient under the premise of fully considering the shear deformation of the steel box girder.The impact of self-weight deviation,elastic modulus deviation,and overall temperature change on the bridge state is analyzed,and the technical points of the refined control construction process are determined to achieve the purpose of fine construction control.
