基于临床主题数据中心的前置审方管理系统的开发与应用研究

Development and application of prescription pre-review management system based on clinical subject data center

目的:开发基于临床主题数据中心的前置审方管理系统,优化处方开具、发药及点评流程,实现全院合理用药精准管控。方法:建立临床主题数据中心并与医生工作站系统深度集成,对门诊处方开具和住院医嘱下达进行事前风险监管、提示和事后处方点评功能。结果:该系统将合理用药的判断功能集成到处方审核和医嘱审核业务流程中,构建起患者用药的安全屏障。前置审方系统上线后3个月,医院处方合格率非常显著高于2020年同期(P<0.01)。结论:基于临床主题数据中心的前置审方管理系统可提高处方合格率,减少不合理用药,在事前防范医疗质量风险,实现药品精细化管理。

Objective To develop a prescription pre-review management system based on the clinical subject data center,so as to optimize the process of prescription issuance,drug distribution and comment and realize accurate control of rational drug use in the whole hospital.Methods A clinical subject data center was established and deeply integrated with the doctor workstation system,to provide prior-risk monitoring,prompting and post-prescription comment functions for outpatient prescription issuance and inpatient medical order issuance.Results The system integrated the judgment function of rational drug use into the prescription review and medical order review business process,and built up the safety barrier of drug use for patients.Three months after the system was put into operation,the qualification rate of hospital prescriptions was significantly higher than that of the same period in 2020(P<0.01).Conclusion The prescription pre-review management system based on the clinical subject data center can improve the prescription qualification rate and reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use,which can prevent medical quality risks in advance and realize fine management of drugs.
