摘要
目的:探索建立高效的临床实验室生化免疫自动化系统的解决方案。方法:引进生化免疫流水线设备及实验室自动化系统(LAS),并对临床的多个流程节点进行再造和改进,包括条码格式变更、门诊检验流程优化和LIS程序升级。结果:信息系统可对82%的样本实施智能审核,优化了检验流程,与建立流水线初期相比,工作人员工作量有效降低,平均样本周转时间(TAT)明显缩短,给患者就医带来了极大的便利。结论:流水线建设是一个复杂的过程,随着不同学科学者对流水线工作模式的深入研究,流水线模式会更高效、更实用。
Objective To explore the solution of establishing an efficient clinical laboratory biochemical immune automation system.Methods Through the introduction of biochemical immune pipeline equipment and laboratory automation system(LAS),several clinical process nodes were reengineered and improved,including the change of barcode format,outpatient laboratory procedure optimization,and LIS program upgrades.Results The information system was able to implement intelligent audit of 82% of the samples,which optimized the testing process.Compared with the initial stage of establishing the pipeline,the system effectively reduced staff workload and significantly shortened the average sample turnaround time(TAT),bringing great convenience to patients.Conclusion Establishing the pipeline is a complex process.With the in-depth study of the working mode of pipeline by scholars from different disciplines,the pipeline model Will be more efficient and practical.
