基于老年人生理心理特征的互联网医疗应用适老化改造设计

Senior-friendly modification design of Internet medical application based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly

聚焦老年用户的使用体验,通过分析老年人的生理心理特征,提出了互联网医疗应用的可感知性、可操作性、可理解性、兼容性、安全性、可及性和可依赖性7个适老化改造需求。参照国家工业和信息化部发布的相关适老化通用设计规范,从前端应用和后端支持两方面提出了涵盖操作界面、设备兼容、系统安全、应用渠道拓展、服务支持系统建设的互联网医疗应用适老化改造设计思路。

By focusing on the experience of elderly users and analyzing the physiological and psychological characteristics of them,this paper proposed seven senior-friendly modification needs for Internet medical applications,including perceptibility,operability,understandability,compatibility,security,accessibility,and dependability.With reference to the relevant general design specifications for senior-friendly applications issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,this paper proposes the elderly-oriented modification design ideas for Internet medical applications from two aspects of front-end applications and back-end support,covering operation interface,equipment compatibility,system security,application channel expansion,and service support system construction.
