摘要
“课程思政”是高校人才培养和思想政治教育同向同行协同育人的新理念,为高等院校专业课教育教学改革指明了新方向和新路径。《生物技术概论》在生命科学类专业人才培养的课程体系中占有重要地位。如何系统深入发掘专业课思政元素并有效地传递给学生,践行“课程承载思政,思政寓于课程”育人理念和方法,是新时期《生物技术概论》课程面临的重要课题。本研究聚焦生命科学类专业基础课程《生物技术概论》,对开展课程的思政改革的意义、思路和方法等方面进行了思考和探索,并以该课程的第1章基因工程的第7节“基因编辑技术及其应用”为例,阐述了挖掘教学案例、融入思政元素和实现德育目标的具体教学实践过程,以期为实现寓思想政治教育于专业课的教学之中,进而实现“三全育人”提供工作思路和具体教学案例。课后采用问卷调查的方式对教学效果进行分析。结果显示:综合运用案例教学和课堂讨论等教学方法,将思想政治教育有机融入专业课教育的教学实践中是切实可行的。87%的学生对采用课堂讨论的互动教学模式表示非常满意,81.5%的学生表示思政元素的导入自然流畅,与专业课锲合度高,内容充实感染力强。此外,调查结果也反映出,教学案例的讲解、多媒体运用、师生沟通互动等方面仍存在一些不足。笔者对此进行了教学反思并有针对性地提出了改进策略。
Ideological and Political Education in Professional Courses is a new concept for higher education,which advocates incorporating professional talent training with ideological and political education.This education concept provides a new direction and a new pathway for teaching reform of professional courses in colleges and universities.The course of “Introduction to Biotechnology” plays an important role in curriculum system of the undergraduates majoring in life science.In the new era,the questions on how to systematically explore the ideological elements and transmit them to students effectively,and how to apply the educational idea and method of “course carries ideological and political education,ideological and political education resides in the course” are important issues for “Introduction to Biotechnology”.In this study,through focusing on “Introduction to Biotechnology”,a basic specialized course of life science,we discussed the significance,strategy and methodology of the curriculum ideological and political reform.Taking the seventh section “Gene editing technologies and their applications”,which is included in the first caption “Gene engineering”,as an example,we described the practice process of developing teaching cases,incorporating ideological elements,and achieving the educational goals of curriculum ideology.The aim of this study is to provide a clear route and practical examples for accomplishing the ideological and political education when imparting professional knowledge,and further achieving “Three-wide Education”.A questionnaire survey was conducted to analysis the teaching effects,and results indicated that it was practical and feasible to incorporate ideological and political education into the teaching process of professional course by combining the case teaching and the classroom discussion.Totally 87% of the students were very satisfied with the interactive teaching mode of classroom discussion.Furthermore,81.5% of the students felt that the ideological elements were highly matched with the professional course and were integrated together naturally and smoothly;and the contents were enriched and had strong appeal.In addition,the survey results also presented some defects in the case explanation,the multi-media utilization,and the interactive communication between teacher and student.In order to overcome the above shortages,teaching reflection was carried out and corresponding improvements were proposed.
