双色画线法在重睑设计中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Two-color drawing method in double eyelid design

目的 探求一种良好的重睑线画线设计方法。方法 第一遍先用红色画线笔画出重睑设计线,对设计线进行调整,保证对称性。第二遍再用蓝色笔重新精确描画设计线,消毒以后,第一种颜色基本消失,只剩第二种颜色的设计线,手术沿设计线切开即可。收集2021年7月-2022年7月行双侧切开法重睑成形术者的临床资料,观察其临床效果。结果 本组共53例,99只眼,于术后6天左右拆线,重睑线形态良好。随访超过6个月,重睑形态自然,无睑外翻、眼睑闭合不全,切口无瘢痕增生,45例效果满意(满意率为84.9%),8例为基本满意,无不满意者。结论 双色画线法是一种简单、精确、满意度较高的重睑线设计法。

Objective To explore a good design method of double eyelid line drawing.Methods the first time,used red line pen to draw the double eyelid design line,the design line was adjusted to ensure symmetry.The second time,used the blue line pen to accurately draw the design line again.After disinfection,the first color basically disappears,and only the design line of the second color was left.The operation was cut along the design line.We collected the clinical data of double eyelid plasty by bilateral incision from July 2021 to December 2022 and observed its clinical effect.Results There were 53 cases,99 eyes.The stitches were removed about 6 days after surgery.The double eyelid line was well formed.Patients were followed up for more than 6 months.The form of double eyelid was natural,no ectropion,no hypophasis,no incision hypertrophic scar.45 cases achieved satisfactory effect(satisfaction rate was 84.9%),8 cases were basically satisfied,all were satisfied.Conclusion Two-color line drawing method is a simple,accurate and satisfactory method in double eyelid line design.
