摘要
目的 探讨血热风燥型斑秃(AA)采用富血小板血浆(PRP)注射联合中药内服治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年12月本院收治的血热风燥型AA患者共计80例,根据随机数字表法分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),所有患者均口服神应养真汤加减治疗,对照组采用梅花针扣刺联合倍他米松外涂治疗,观察组采用PRP注射治疗,对两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果 观察组(97.5%)治疗总有效率较对照组(80%)更高(P<0.05);观察组(7.5%)不良反应发生率较对照组(25%)更低(P<0.05)。结论 PRP注射联合中药内服应用于血热风燥型AA治疗中,能够提高临床疗效,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of platelet rich plasma(PRP) injection combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of alopecia areata(AA) with blood heat and wind dryness.Methods A total of 80 patients with blood heat and wind dryness type AA who were admitted in our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and divided into the observation group(n=40) and the control group(n=40) by random number table method.All patients were treated with Shenying Yangzhen Decoction.The control group was treated with plum blossom needle pricking combined with external application of betamethasone.The observation group was treated with PRP injection.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Results In comparision of the control group(80.00%),the total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%) was higher(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group(25.00%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.50%) was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion PRP injection combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of AA with blood heat and wind dryness.
