强脉冲光治疗皮肤光老化的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical effect of intense pulsed light on skin photoaging

目的探讨强脉冲光在光老化皮肤治疗中的有效性。方法 选取2022年5月-2022年6月至我院就诊的30例面部光老化皮肤患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用多波长脉冲光治疗平台进行3次治疗,每次治疗间隔时长为30d,观察其有效性、不良反应的发生率及患者满意度。结果 经过医师主观评价,所有患者在结束治疗后30d的肤质肤色、毛细血管扩张、毛孔粗大及色素沉着等维度的总体改善率分别为96.66%、100.00%、86.66%、93.33%;在治疗后,30例患者的皮肤含水量、弹性值较治疗前均有升高,皱纹、紫外线斑点、棕色斑点及经皮失水量均有降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);30例患者中,面部红斑3例、皮肤脱屑1例、皮肤轻度刺激感1例,不良反应发生率为16.67%(5例),其余患者均无不良反应出现。结论 对光老化皮肤患者进行多波长脉冲光治疗平台治疗,可明显改善患者的肤质肤色、毛细血管扩张、毛孔粗大及色素沉着等问题,提高患者的皮肤含水量、皮肤弹性,改善肤质及皱纹,降低不良反应的发生率,属于一种安全、有效的治疗方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of intense pulsed light in the treatment of photoaged skin.Methods Thirty patients with photoaged facial skin who visited our hospital from May 2022 to June 2022 were selected as research objects.All patients were treated with multi-wavelength pulsed light treatment platform for 3 times,each treatment interval was 30d,and the effectiveness,incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were observed.Results After subjective evaluation by physicians,the overall improvement rates of skin color,telangiectasis,pore enlargement and pigmentation were 96.66%,100%,86.66% and 93.33%,respectively,in all patients 30 days after treatment.After treatment,the skin water content and elasticity values of 30 patients were increased after treatment,while wrinkles,ultraviolet spots,brown spots and transdermal water loss values were decreased,and all the data were statistically signfficant before and after treatment(P <0.05).Among the 30 patients,3 cases had facial erythema,1 case had skin desquamation,and 1 case had mild skin irritation.The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.7%(5 cases),and the other patients had no other reactions.Conclusion Multi-wavelength pulsed light treatment platform for patients with photoaging skin can significantly improve the skin tone,telangiectasia,enlarged pores and pigmentation,improve the skin water content and elasticity,improve skin quality and wrinkles,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is a safe and effective treatment method,worthy of clinical application.
