皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的临床诊断与治疗进展

Progress in clinical diagnosis and treatment of cutaneous malignant melanoma

皮肤恶性黑色素瘤(CMM)早期即可发生淋巴或血行转移,恶性程度高,致死率高。近年来发病率在全世界逐渐升高,早期明确诊断和判定肿瘤分期并行规范的手术治疗可明显改善预后和提高患者生存率。近年来随着分子靶向治疗和免疫治疗的优化发展,CMM的晚期治疗也获得了明显改善,但仍需继续探索。本文作者就近年来对该病诊断与治疗研究进展作如下综述。

Cutaneous malignant melanoma(CMM) can develop lymphatic or hematogenous metastasis in the early stage,with high malignancy degree and fatality rate.In recent years,the incidence has been increasing in the world.Early definite diagnosis and tumor staging combined with standard surgical treatment can significantly improve the prognosis and survival rate of patients.In recent years,with the optimization and development of molecular targeted therapy and immunotherapy,the late treatment of CMM has been significantly improved,but it still needs to be explored.In this paper,the recent progress in diagnosis and treatment of this disease is summarized as follows.
