我国消毒供应中心信息化应用现状与分析

Current situation and analysis of information application in central sterile supply department in China

信息化技术应用于医院感染管理与监控具有诸多优势,消毒供应中心为医院感染防控的重点部门,为进一步了解我国消毒供应中心信息化应用现状及存在的主要问题,规范信息系统的应用,本研究依据国家卫生行业标准对消毒供应中心信息系统基本功能、信息系统技术要求及相关文献,对我国消毒供应中心信息系统的应用现状进行总结和分析。发现在消毒供应中心,信息系统的应用能够有效实现医疗器械清洗、消毒及灭菌等全流程的质量追溯与质量控制,提高医疗器械清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌及无菌物品发放质量,提升专业人员岗位能力及临床服务满意度,降低器械管理不良事件发生率,预防与控制医院感染发生,促进消毒供应中心科学、规范与精细管理等优势。但也存在信息系统技术研发不足、信息系统应用不全面等问题,并针对性地提出改进对策,以期为我国消毒供应专业信息化建设与应用提供指导与参考。

The application of information technology in hospital infection management and monitoring has many advantages.The central sterile supply department is the key department of hospital infection prevention and control.To get a further understanding of the application status of information technology in the central sterile supply department and the main problems they face,and to standardize their application,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current information system applications in our country according to the National Health Industry Standards,the basic functions,technical requirements and related literature.It is found that the information system applications in the central sterile supply department can effectively realize the quality tracing and control of the whole process of cleaning,disinfection,and sterilization of medical devices,which can improve the quality of medical device cleaning,disinfection,packaging,sterilization and distribution of aseptic articles,improve the ability of medical professionals and clinical service satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse events in device management.The applications can also prevent and control hospital infections,and promote scientific,standardized and fine management of the central sterile supply department.However,there are still some problems,such as insufficient research and development of information system technology,and incomplete application of information systems.This paper also puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures to provide guidance and reference for the construction and application of professional information systems for central sterile supply department in China.
