肿瘤患儿PICC居家维护管理平台的构建与应用

Construction and application of PICC home maintenance management platform for children with cancer

目的:构建肿瘤患儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)管理平台,实现PICC远程监管。方法:在充分分析肿瘤患儿PICC居家维护需求的基础上,设计包括医护端、患者端、后台管理3个板块的PICC居家管理平台,具备统计分析、维护提醒、精准居家监管、跨机构使用等功能。结果:平台投入使用后,PICC导管维护缺失率明显下降,实现了PICC闭环管理,同时保障了患儿信息安全。结论:该平台可全方位监督PICC患儿导管情况,保障患儿化疗间歇期导管的安全性,有利于化疗方案的顺利进行。

Objective To build a PICC management platform for children with cancer to realize remote PICC supervision.Methods Based on the analysis of the PICC home maintenance needs of children with cancer,the PICC home management platform was designed,including three sections:the medical end,the patient end and background management,which has the functions such as statistical analysis,maintenance reminders,accurate home supervision,and cross-institution use.Results After the platform was put into use,the missing rate of PICC catheter maintenance decreased significantly,and the closed-loop management of PICC was realized,while ensuring the information security of children.Conclusion The platform can monitor the catheter situation of PICC children comprehensively,ensure the safety of the catheter in children during the intermittent period of chemotherapy,and facilitate the smooth progress of the chemotherapy regimen.
