摘要
目的:设计疫苗全流程管理系统,提高对新冠疫苗及其他疫苗的管理水平。方法:在调研分析疫苗接种工作需求的基础上,采用Visual Studio.NET编程工具和B/S架构开发疫苗管理系统,设置疫苗出入库管理、接种人员登记、注射信息登记、疫苗接种查询、疫苗跟踪查询、不良反应监测等模块。结果:该管理系统实现了疫苗接种工作的信息化全流程闭环管理;系统上线至今,在疫苗接种工作中共使用3 527人次,差错率仅为0.01%;提高了疫苗管理及接种的工作效率,实现了疫苗精准追溯管理,并且可自动进行效期预警。结论:疫苗接种全流程管理系统的应用,改善了疫苗库存管理和接种工作的粗放模式,实现了疫苗接种全流程的精细化管理。
Objective To design a whole-process management system for vaccination to improve the management level of COVID-19 and other vaccines.Methods On the basis of the investigation and analysis of vaccination needs,the programming tool of Visual Studio.NET and B/S architecture were adopted to develop a vaccination management system,including modules such as vaccine warehouse management,vaccination personnel registration,injection information registration,vaccination query,vaccine tracking query,and adverse reaction monitoring,etc.Results The management system realized the whole-process closed-loop digitalized management of vaccination.So far,the system has been used for 3,527 person-times in vaccination work with an error rate of only 0.01% since it was implemented.It effectively improved the efficiency of vaccine management and vaccination,realized the precise traceability management of vaccines,and could automatically give an early warning on the expiration date in advance.Conclusion The application of the whole-process management system for vaccination improves the extensive management of vaccine inventory and vaccination work,and realizes the fine management of the whole-process of vaccination.
