医疗废物管理系统的研发与应用

Development and application of medical waste management system

目的:研发与规范医疗废物分类、收集、交接、贮存、运送、处置等环节的全流程医疗废物管理系统,利用信息技术加强医疗废物的闭环管理。方法:根据国家及江苏省相关法律法规对“医疗废物管理(监管)系统”的要求,结合临床实际情况,充分运用互联网、物联网、云计算等技术,建立和优化医疗废物管理系统。结果:对某三甲医院应用此系统前后,随机抽样调查45个部门的医疗废物闭环管理情况,发现医疗废物暂存时间、鹅颈式封口、计重计数、标签规范、护士参与度、遗漏遗失等检查项目的正确率,均高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医疗废物管理系统的应用,能显著提高处置监管能力,有效控制医疗废物流失,预防医院感染,提升智慧医院管控水平。

Objective To develop and standardize a whole process medical waste management system for the classification,collection,handover,storage,delivery,and disposal of medical waste,and to strengthen the closedloop management of medical waste using information technology.Methods According to the requirements of relevant national and Jiangsu Province laws and regulations on "medical waste management(supervision) system",the medical waste management system was established and optimized by fully utilizing technologies such as the Internet,Internet of Things,and cloud computing in accordance with the actual clinical situation.Results Before and after the application of the system in a tertiary hospital,a random sample of 45 departments was surveyed for the closed-loop management of medical waste.Through analysis,it was found that the correct rates of check items such as medical waste storage time,gooseneck-type sealing,weight counting,label specification,nurse participation,omission and loss were all higher than before application,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical waste management system can significantly improve the disposal and supervision ability,effectively control the loss of medical waste,prevent hospital infection,and improve the management and control level of smart hospitals.
