摘要
智能化是矿山发展的必然趋势,以矿山有轨运输无人驾驶系统为代表的各类智能矿山系统已经得到了广泛应用。有轨运输作为矿山生产环节中信息化程度较低的一环,信息化系统是该环节智能化建设的重要内容之一。基于此背景,本文对矿山有轨运输无人驾驶信息化系统的建设方案进行研究,探讨对生产过程产生的数据进行数据存储、分析及管理的方法,基于有轨运输无人驾驶系统已采集的底层数据,挖掘数据价值、服务矿山管理,提高矿山在有轨运输生产环节中的精细化管理水平及智能化水平。
It is an inevitable trend for mining to be more intelligent, given that all kinds of smart mining system represented by the unmanned track haulage system have been put into a wide range of applications. Track haulage is a part with low informatization level in all processes of mine production, and information system is one of the most important contents in its intelligent construction. Based on this background, this paper studies the construction scheme of the unmanned track haulage information system, and discusses the methods of date storage, analysis and management for the data produced during production process. Based on the underlying data collected by the unmanned track haulage system, we can mine data values, better serve mining management, and improve the delicacy management level and intelligence level of mining in the production process of track haulage.
