加强同发展中国家的团结合作是新中国外交的一贯方针和立场,也是中国发展对外关系的基本立足点。当前我国面临的国际形势严峻而复杂,国家领导人近期的一系列出访和重要讲话,再次反映出中国对加强与发展中国家的团结合作的高度重视。中国在开展与发展中国家的友好关系时,始终注重国家无论大小一律平等,彼此互帮互助,共同聚焦发展。在实践中,加强南南合作的工作重心及主要路径,包括加强南南合作机制建设、致力于全球减贫事业、为国际社会提供更多的公共产品、深化与各国的人文交流、践行真正的多边主义等。加强同发展中国家团结合作有着重要的现实意义,不仅能够彰显中国的大国担当,也有利于维护地区与世界和平,对推进现行国际秩序的完善、构建人类命运共同体能够起到积极的推动作用。

Strengthening unity and cooperation with developing countries is the consistent policy and position of the New China’s diplomacy,and it is also the fundamental foothold of China’s diplomatic policy.At present,China is facing a complex and volatile international situation.The recent series of visits and important speeches by state leaders once again reflect that China attaches great importance to strengthening unity and cooperation with developing countries.When China develops friendly relations with developing countries,she has persistently urged the equality of nations,big or small.And China also focuses on mutual help and common development.In practice,China’s work focus and main path for strengthening South-South cooperation include strengthening the construction of South-South cooperation mechanisms,committing to the cause of global poverty reduction,providing more public goods for the international community,deepening cultural exchanges with other countries,and practicing true multilateralism,etc.Strengthening unity and cooperation with developing countries is of great practical significance,not only demonstrating China’s role as a great power,but also contributing to the maintenance of regional and world peace,and playing a positive role in promoting the improvement of the current international order and building a community of human destiny.
