摘要
随着现代信息技术与教学需求的深度融合,在线教学模式融入线下课程,“线上+线下”混合式教学将成为常态。调查发现,从教师教学与管理层面,目前高职院校混合式教学主要存在教师在线教学“欠胜任”、“双线”融合评价机制未建立、支持保障体系不完善等主要问题。基于实证调研分析,提出高职院校“双线”混融教学模式实施的相应对策:(1)提升教师“双线”混融教学胜任力;(2)完善“双线”混融教学质量评价体系;(3)加大对“双线”混融教学的政策及技术服务支持。
With the deep integration of modern information technology and teaching needs,online teaching mode is integrated into offline courses,and Online Merging Offline(OMO)teaching mode will become a new normal.The survey finds that some common problems,like the incompetence of teachers in online teaching,incomplete OMO evaluation mechanism,and yet-to-be-improved system of support service exist in the operation of online teaching and blended teaching mode in most vocational colleges.Accordingly,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:(1)enhancing teachers’ competence of the OMO teaching;(2)establishing the quality evaluation system of the OMO teaching;(3)providing the policy support and corresponding technical services for the application and promotion of the blended teaching mode.
