高校工会服务机制下教职工获得感的质性研究 被引量:1

A Qualitative Research on Faculty’s Sense of Acquisition under the Service Mechanism of Trade Unions in Universities

摘要 为提升高校工会服务效能,有针对性地改善高校工会服务现状,提升高校教职工获得感,本文采用半结构化访谈的方式对长沙学院50名身份、学科背景、学历层次、聘用方式不同的教职工进行了调研。通过扎根理论的质性分析方法分析调研结果,深入挖掘高校教职工获得感的影响因素,并利用NVivo12软件梳理关键要素,构建其扎根理论模型,阐释经济获得感、个人发展感、政治获得感、民生获得感这四大因素对教职工获得感的影响及其相互间的作用关系。 In order to improve the service effectiveness of university trade unions,to improve the current university trade union services in a targeted manner,and to enhance the sense of acquisition of university faculty members,the paper adopts a semi-structured interview method to interview 50 faculty members of Changsha University of different identities,disciplinary backgrounds,academic backgrounds and employment types.Through the qualitative analysis method of grounded theory,the paper digs deeper the factors influencing the sense of acquisition of university faculty members.The analysis is carried out by using NVivo12 software to sort out the key factors and construct a model of grounded theory to clarify the influence of four major factors,namely,economic access,personal development,political access and livelihood access,on university faculty’s sense of acquisition and the relationship between the four factors.
