A Multi-Scheme Generation Method for Controlled Planning of Land Plots and Urban Design Based on Artificial Intelligence

当前我国的控制详细规划,主要针对城市设计和地块规划,实施集中管理措施,完善土地有效利用。长期以来,此项工作一直备受关注,并且在发展过程中依法建设,从不同的角度分析规划方案和内容,积极探索地块的有效使用,让其发挥出重要作用。在研究地块城市设计方案生成方法时,发现通过人工智能的方式进行控规更能满足科学性,在控规过程中还可为后期发展提供多种方案,结合实际需求选择适当的方案进行分析即可。

At present,China’s detailed controlled planning mainly focuses on urban design and land plot planning,implements centralized management measures,and improves the effective use of land.For a long time,this work has attracted much attention,and in the process of development,it has been built in accordance with the law,analyzes the planning plan and content from different perspectives,actively explores the effective use of land plots and play an important role of land plots.When studying the generation method of land plots and urban design scheme,it is found that the controlled planning through artificial intelligence can be more scientific,and a variety of schemes can be provided for later development in the process of controlled planning,and the appropriate scheme can be selected and analyzed according to the actual needs.
