基于粒子群算法的环向加筋夹层圆柱壳体优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了获得环向加筋夹层圆柱壳体尺寸的最优化参数,首先参考一般环肋圆柱壳体强度与稳定性校核方法,并根据环向加筋夹层圆柱壳体应力分布规律和稳定性特征,提出环向加筋夹层圆柱壳体强度与稳定性校核方法;其次以强度与稳定性要求为约束、以结构重量最轻为目标,建立优化设计的数学模型,并利用粒子群优化算法完成了环向加筋夹层圆柱壳体的尺寸参数优化。最后探究了结构重量随极限潜深增大的变化规律。研究成果表明,利用粒子群优化算法进行环向加筋夹层圆柱壳体参数优化设计可以获得令人满意的结果。 In order to obtain the optimal parameters of the ring-stiffened sandwich cylindrical shells.Firstly,referred to the strength and stability checking method of the ring-stiffened cylindrical shells,and accorded to the stress distribution and stability characteristics of the ring-stiffened cylindrical shells,a method for checking the strength and stability of the ringstiffened sandwich cylindrical shells is proposed.Secondly,with the strength and stability requirements as constraints and the lightest structural weight as the goal,the mathematical model of the optimal design was established,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to complete the optimization of the parameters of the ring-stiffened sandwich cylindrical shells.Finally,the variation of structural weight with the increase of ultimate diving depth is explored.The research show that optimal design of ring-stiffened sandwich cylindrical shells based on particle swarm optimization can obtain satisfactory results.
