桁架式桩腿的方型桩靴结构设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对风电安装平台的结构稳定性问题,本文提出了小肘板结构、大肘板结构、三角形浮箱水密结构3种桁架式方型桩靴复合型结构,采用典型设计载荷工况对3种桩靴结构进行强度分析研究。结果表明:较小肘板结构而言,后两种桩靴结构强度更好;大肘板结构与三角形浮箱水密结构应力水平及变形相当,但后者密封性更好,实际应用中能有效避免淤泥堆积引起的应力集中,延长使用寿命。因此,采用三角形浮箱水密复合型桩靴结构更能满足风电安装平台的结构设计需求。 For the wind stability problem of the platform structure, this article proposes three kinds of truss type square pile boot compound structures, which includes small bracket structure, large bracket structure and triangular floating box water-tight structure. The strength of the three kinds of spudcan structures are used to analyze and research under typical design load conditions. The results show that: The strength of the latter two structures is better than that of the smaller bracket structure. The stress level and deformation of the large bracket structure are similar to the water-tight structure of the triangular floating tank, but the latter has better sealing performance, which can effectively avoid the stress concentration caused by silt accumulation in practical application and prolong the service life. Therefore, using triangular floating box water-tight composite spud can structure can better meet the structural design requirements of wind power installation platform.
