《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷的用典英译策略——生态翻译学视角

Translation Strategies of Allusions in the Third Volume of“Xi Jinping:The Governance of China”——An Eco-translatology Perspective

《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷英译版自问世以来,引起了巨大反响和广泛好评。译文精妙并且传播效果显著与翻译策略的选择密不可分。通过分类搜集《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷中的典故和细致地文本分析,以生态翻译学为理论视角,对《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷英文版中的用典翻译策略进行归类分析,认为“三维”转换和环境“补建”是用典的有效翻译策略,可以维护原语和译语的翻译生态环境的良性平衡,能向目标语读者传递典故涵义的同时,实现用和谐的方式向国际社会传达中国观点。

The Governance of China(Ⅲ)enjoys wide popularity since its publication.The greatness of the translation version and success of transmission is closely related to the application of translation methods.Based on a thorough corpus-assisted textual analysis and the relative theories from Eco-translatology,this paper classifies and analyzes the translation methods of allusions in Xi Jinping:the Governance of China(Ⅲ).It is held that three-dimensional transformations and environment rebuilding are effective translation methods.These methods help maintain a balance between the original text and the translation version in terms of the translation ecological environment,can explain the connotation of allusions to the target language readers and convey China’s views to the international community in a harmonious way.
