军队院校外语教师专业学习共同体建设路径探析

On Implementation Approach of Professional Learning Community of Foreign Language Teachers in Military Academies

摘要 本文在文秋芳教授提出的教师专业学习共同体理论框架的基础上提出了构建军队院校外语教师专业学习共同体的理论框架,并从成员、目标、中介、机制四要素方面提出具体的实施路径。 This paper presents a theoretical framework of professional learning community(PLC)of military academies'foreign language teachers based on Prof.Wen Qiufang's theoretical framework of PLC,and expounds the implementation approach from the perspectives of four elements:members,goals,mediators and mechanism.
