产品型软件企业实施量化模型质量改进探析

摘要 在资源有限的情况下如何维持高质量软件产品交付是产品型软件企业面临的一大难题。以软件过程量化改进理论为基础,探讨如何调配资源进行质量过程改进。在某产品型软件企业中运用鱼骨图分析影响质量的关键因素,建立量化回归预测模型进行改进。提升测试人员专业及行业经验,在公司内部尽可能配置与软件应用环境相同的服务器和硬件外设,降低环境差异度,在有限的资源下进行测试人员平均经验和环境差异度的平衡,确保质量目标的达成。 When resources are limited,how to maintain high-quality software product delivery is a major problem faced by product-based software enterprises.This paper discussed how to deploy resources to improve the quality process based on the theory of software process quantitative improvement.In a product-based software enterprise,the fishbone diagram was used to analyze the key factors affecting quality,established a quantitative regression prediction model for improvement.Improve the professional and industrial experience of testers,configure servers and hardware peripherals that are the same as the software application environment as much as possible in the company,reduce the environmental difference,balance the average experience of testers and the environmental difference under limited resource.These quantitative improvements and resource balance are used to ensure the achievement of quality objectives.
