摘要
创新创业教育存在教育体系不成熟、实践积累不够等问题,通过导师制推动大学生创新创业教育的高质量发展具有优势。以武汉工程大学材料类专业为例,首次将高校导师制与创新创业教育结合,构建了三位一体的创新创业教育体系,并分析其结构内涵及具体实施过程。创新创业体系可以有效激发广大师生参与创新创业教育和实践的积极性,促进创新创业教育资源的合理分配,充分发挥导师的主导作用是切实可行、且易推广的创新创业教育模式。
At present,there are lots of challenges in innovation and entrepreneurship education for Chinese university students,particularly the immature education system and insufficient practice accumulation.It has unique advantages to promote the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education through the"tutorial system"of university.Therefore,the authors combined the"tutorial system"with innovation and entrepreneurship education to construct a"Trinity"innovation and entrepreneurship education system by taking the major of materials of Wuhan Institute of Technology as an example for the first time.The specific implementation was expounded,viz.,stimulating students’awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,guiding students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship training,encouraging students to participate in discipline competitions,constructing evaluation and continuous improvement mechanism,etc.The innovation and entrepreneurship system proposed in this paper can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice,and it can not only promote the rational allocation of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources,but also give full play to the leading role of professional tutors.Thus,it is a promising entrepreneurship education model with good feasibility and easy popularization.
