Optimizing Building Construction Management and Improving Construction Quality

目前,我国的建筑工程建设有了很大进展,在建筑工程中,施工管理是非常重要的一项内容。因建筑工程长期性、复杂性特点,必须强化施工管理,优化质量控制,通过规范、科学的管理手段,有效解决施工中的各类质量和安全问题。本文首先分析了建筑施工管理创新的重要性,其次探讨了优化建筑施工管理过程中存在的问题及成因,最后就提高建筑工程质量的策略进行研究,以供参考。

At present,China’s construction engineering has made great progress,in the construction engineering,construction management is a very important content.Due to the long-term and complex characteristics of construction engineering,it is necessary to strengthen construction management,optimize quality control,and effectively solve various quality and safety problems in construction through standardized and scientific management methods.This paper first analyzes the importance of construction management innovation,then discusses the problems and causes in the process of optimizing construction management,and finally studies the strategies to improve the quality of construction engineering,for reference.
