摘要
精细化管理作为提升建筑工程施工质量的关键,在建筑领域不断被推广运用,日益成为建筑工程施工质量提升的重要抓手。本文以建筑工程施工精细化管理作为研究方向,在深入探讨精细化管理相关概念、特征和意义的基础上,从项目施工管理的内容出发,分析建筑工程精细化管理的具体实现路径,如优化施工组织设计、精确控制施工进度、全面提升质量管理、细化安全生产管理、规范施工资料管理等。通过本文的研究,为精细化管理在建筑工程领域的进一步推广和运用奠定理论基础。
As the key to improve the construction quality of construction engineering,refined management has been continuously promoted and applied in the field of construction,and has increasingly become an important point for improving the construction quality of construction engineering.Taking the refined management of construction engineering as the research direction,this paper discusses the concept,characteristics and significance of refined management,analyzes the specific realization path of refined management of construction engineering based on the content of project construction management,such as optimizing construction organization design,accurately controlling construction progress,comprehensively improving quality management,refining safety production management,and standardizing construction data management.Through the research,this paper lays a theoretical foundation for the further promotion and application of refined management in the field of construction engineering.
