摘要
为解决工程总承包模式下前期成本控制现存的问题,本文对工程总承包模式下决策阶段及设计阶段对成本控制的影响和主要影响因素进行研究,提出运用BIM技术加强决策阶段及设计阶段的成本控制,以期为相关人员提供参考。
In order to solve the existing problems of preliminary cost control in project general contracting mode,this paper studies the influence of decision-making stage and design stage on cost control in project general contracting mode and the main influencing factors,and proposes to use BIM technology to strengthen cost control in decision-making stage and design stage,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
