摘要
基于弧底梯形网格,提出了一种元胞自动机法模拟腐蚀形貌的方法。对蚀坑的发展进行模拟,解决了多边形网格下的各方向发展具有奇异性的问题。运用该方法通过构建数学模型,对点蚀型缝隙腐蚀的单蚀坑受缝隙宽度及环境因素影响进行了模拟;还初步探究了圆环、垫片等环形区域上的多蚀坑腐蚀损伤度的演化规律。
This paper proposes a method of simulating corrosion morphology by the cellular automatic machine approach.The procedure is based on a roundness grid to simulate the development of corrosion pits,solving the problem of singularity in the development of each direction under a polygonal grid.By constructing a mathematical model with this method,the single etch,the crevice width,and environmental factors simulate pits of pitting-type crevice corrosion.And the evolution pattern of corrosion damage degree of multiple etch pits on annular areas such as rings and shims is also initially explored.
