近视牵引性黄斑病变分期和治疗的研究进展

近视牵引性黄斑病变(MTM)是一种进展缓慢, 严重时可影响高度近视者视功能的退行性疾病, 发病机制与后极部视网膜内外层机械性牵引及其自身改变有关。目前使用较广的疾病分期系统有ATN系统、MSS、MTM管理表等。MTM的治疗以手术为主, 包括黄斑扣带术、玻璃体切除术及联合手术。目前争论多集中于手术时机的选择及术式的适用性和局限性。本文就此疾病的分期和治疗进行综述如下。

Myopic traction maculopathy(MTM)is a degenerative disease that progresses slowly and can affect the visual function of patients with high myopia in severe cases.The pathogenesis is related to the mechanical traction of the inner and outer layers of the retina at the posterior pole and its featured changes.The widely used classification and staging system currently includes the ATN system,MSS,MTM management table,and so on.The surgical treatment of MTM mainly includes macular buckling,pars plana vitrectomy,and combined surgery.Most of the debates have focused on the timing of surgery and the applicability and limitations of surgical methods.In this article,the staging and therapeutic strategies of MTMarereviewed.
