从“五脏苦欲补泻”论治血管神经性头痛

Application of the theory on the“five zang viscera like or dislike”in the treatment of angioneurotic headache

随着现代生活节奏的加快和精神压力的增加,血管神经性头痛的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,中医在治疗血管神经性头痛方面有一定的优势与潜力,也有其自身的体系与规则。“五脏苦欲补泻”理论自古以来在中医临床有极高的地位,无论在经方还是时方中都有较为广泛的应用。本文以《黄帝内经》中“五脏苦欲补泻”理论为指导依据,探析其在治疗血管神经性头痛中的具体应用。从现状分析到理论源流追溯,再分别从肝、心、脾、肺、肾五脏之“苦”和“欲”以及“补”与“泻”具体分析其中用药遣方的奥义。以中药五味对应五脏不同时期的生理特性,以求更好地剖析、挖掘和发挥《黄帝内经》中经典理论对中医临床遣方用药的指导,也为中医临床治疗神经性头痛提供一些思路与参考。

The incidence rate of angioneurotic headache is increasing year by year.There are various methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angioneurotic headache.It also has its own system and rules.The theory of“five zang viscera like or dislike”has played a very high role in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine since ancient times,It is widely used in both classical prescription and current prescriptions.This paper which based on the theory of“five zang viscera like or dislike”in Huangdi Neijing,is in order to explore its specific application in the treatment of angioneurotic headache.From the status quo analysis to the theoretical source,analyzed the profound meaning of the prescription from the aspects of“like”and“dislike”of the liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney,as well as“tonic”and“purgative”.Also took the five flavors of herbs to correspond to the physiological characteristics of the five zang organs in different periods.Hope it to better analyze,excavate and give play to the guidances of clinical prescription and medication of traditional Chinese medicine which based on the classical theory in the Huangdi Neijing.
