摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄妇女常见的一种复杂的内分泌及代谢异常所致的疾病,其病因及病理生理机制仍不清楚。烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN)是烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)生物合成的前体,增加卵巢组织NAD+水平可改善PCOS的临床症状。NMN有非常广泛的生物药理学活性,在细胞生化功能、抗衰老、抗炎症、心脏保护、糖尿病、阿尔茨海默病和肥胖相关并发症中都起到了良好的作用。本文就NMN在PCOS患者炎症、肥胖、糖尿病及胰岛素抵抗中作用的研究进展进行综述。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common disorder caused by complex endocrine and metabolic abnormalities in women of childbearing age,the etiology and pathophysiological mechanism of PCOS are still unclear.Nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN)is the precursor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)biosynthesis.Increasing the level of NAD+in ovarian tissue can improve the clinical symptoms of PCOS.NMN has a wide range of biopharmacological activities and plays a good role in cell biochemical function,anti-aging,anti-inflammatory,heart protection,diabetes,Alzheimer’s disease and obesity related complications.In this review,the research progress on the role of NMN in inflammation,obesity,diabetes and insulin resistance in PCOS patients was reviewed.
