摘要
为切实提高我院部队管理类课程育人实效,在分析部队管理类课程思政体系构建现实意义的基础上,针对该类课程思政面临的现状,提出了“管理素养-思政资源-教学改革”思政体系构建的方法路径.教学实践表明,学员对部队管理类课程思政的认同度、教学方法满意度、思政效果提升度均有提升,从而确立了以管促教和为战教管的课程育人方向.
In order to improve the effectiveness of army management courses in Air Force Early Warning Academy, on the basis of analyzing the practical significance of constructing ideological and political education system in the army management courses, this article aims at the current situation of ideological and political education in such courses to put forward the method and path of constructing ideological and political education system of“management literacy-ideological and political education resources-teaching reform”. The teaching practice shows that the cadets’ recognition degree of ideological and political education in the army management courses,satisfaction in teaching methods and improvement of ideological and political education effects of the army management courses have all been improved, thus establishing the courses’ educational direction of promoting education by management and conducting teaching management for actual combat.
