基于多层连通性模型的动态调控参数优化方法

摘要 油田生产优化技术是快速制定高效开发方案的重要基础。为应对老油田多井多层系等复杂开发情况,根据油水井物质守恒方程和Buckley-Leverett前缘推进理论,提出了多层连通性模型动态调控参数优化方法,通过压力求解获得井间流量分布,含水饱和度追踪计算油水动态,采用遗传退火进化算法优化求解连通性参数。矿场实例测试表明,提出的动态调控参数优化方法,与基础方案相比,累计产油增加433.82×104m3,净现值增量44.77%,该方法具有较好的实用性,可为水驱剩余油挖潜,稳油控水等开发方案编制提供支持。 Oilfield production optimization technology is the key basis for rapidly making efficient development programs.To cope with the complex development situation such as multi-well and multi-layer in maturing oilfields, the optimization method for dynamically controlling parameters of multi-layer connectivity model was proposed based on the material conservation equations of oil-water wells and the Buckley-Leverett front movement theory.Specifically, the distribution of the flow volume between wells was obtained by solving the pressure, the water saturation was tracked to calculate the oil-water flow dynamics, and the connectivity parameters were solved by the genetic annealing evolutionary algorithm(GAEA).The oilfield application indicates that compared with the basic developing scheme, the proposed optimization method for dynamically controlling parameters increases the cumulative oil production by 443.82×10~4m~3, and enhances the net present value(NPV) by 44.77%, which illustrates the presented method in this paper holds excellent applicability, and can provide support for the preparation of development schemes such as producing waterflooding residual oil, stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut.
