癫痫与心率变异性的研究进展

Research progress of epilepsy and heart rate variability

癫痫影响着全球数千万人的健康,尽管已经对其进行了许多研究,但癫痫对于我们来说仍然是一个巨大的挑战。越来越多的研究表明,癫痫患者存在心脏自主神经系统功能紊乱,可能是癫痫患者意外猝死的机制之一。心率变异性(HRV)被认为是评价心脏自主神经功能的一个重要的非侵入性指标。癫痫患者存在发作相关的HRV变化,且近年来科研人员通过HRV对癫痫患者的发作进行预测、监测以及评估癫痫患者猝死风险,本文就此类研究进行综述。

Epilepsy affects the health of tens of millions of people worldwide.Despite all the research that has been done,epilepsy is still a huge challenge for us.A growing number of studies have shown that patients with epilepsy have cardiac autonomic nervous system dysfunction,This may be one of the mechanisms of sudden death in patients with epilepsy.Heart rate variability(HRV)is considered to be an important non-invasive index to evaluate cardiac autonomic nervous function.Epileptic patients have seizure-related HRV changes.In recent years,researchers have used HRV to predict and monitor seizures in patients with epilepsy and to evaluate the risk of sudden death in patients with epilepsy.This paper reviews these researches.
