摘要
针对大口径高扬程泵站突然失电时水泵出口阀两阶段关闭存在的问题,提出了采用轴流式止回阀代替两阶段关闭液压阀的措施。对应用于SJZ泵站的轴流式止回阀流阻系数和流量系数进行了仿真计算,基于阀门弹簧的作用和水泵失电后的阀门出口边界条件变化特性,对轴流止回阀的动态特性进行了模拟和分析表明,阀门在正向流速降至零时,立即完全关闭阀门,可避免水泵倒转、水倒流及过大的阀后升压,且能保证阀门关闭时阀瓣前后压力稳定。
To address the problem in two-stage closure of the pump outlet valve in large-diameter high-head pump station in case of sudden power loss,the axial flow type check valve is adopted to replace the two-stage closure hydraulic valve in Xinjiang SJZ Pump Station.The flow resistance coefficient and the flow coefficient of the axial flow type check valve are calculated with simulation.Based on the action of the valve spring and the variation characteristics of the valve outlet boundary conditions after power loss,the dynamic characteristics of the valve are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the valve can be completely closed when the positive flow rate in the valve drops to zero,thus avoiding the reverse rotation of the water pump,backflow of the water and excessive pressure increase behind the valve,and ensuring the pressure stability before and after the valve disks when the valve is closing.
